This will start as soon as we hit the Playoffs (As soon as all teams post their cuts). Draft will be just 1 round, and go from the team with the worst record to the team with the best record (Regular Season record) yes if you go 16-0 and lose in the 1st round of the Playoffs you will still pick last. After the 1 round is complete, open bidding will begin.
Caps for Players (Not Kickers / Punters) overall will be as the following:
91-95 - 20 points (2 year contract / 1st year - 20 / 2nd year - 15)
80-90 - 15 points (2 year contract / 1st year - 15 / 2nd year - 10 )
70-79 - 10 points (2 year contract / 1st year - 10 / 2nd year - Reg Cap)
0-69 - (1 year contract Reg. Cap)
Kickers / Punters
96-99 - 6
90-95 - 5
80-90 - 4
70-80 - 3
60-70 - 2
0-60 - 1
The contracts are how long you must keep a player, you cannot cut them, if you do you will take take a cap penalty of half their salary. If you trade them their contracts stay with them and their new team take on their salary and same rules apply that you cannot cut them till their contract is up.
